โ€ข Each player gets 18 fixed moves โ€” 1 to 6, each number exactly 3 times, in shuffled order. Both players get the same numbers โ€” no dice luck, pure strategy!
โ€ข +1 point per box โ€ข Climb a ladder = + boxes โ€ข Snake bite = โˆ’ boxes
โ€ข Reach exactly 100: +100 bonus, the token retires, and you get an extra roll!
โ€ข Cut: land on a box with a single opponent token โ†’ it is cut and sent back to start! The cut player loses the box points. A box with 2+ tokens (any player) = safe, no cut.
โ€ข Extra roll: on rolling a 6, on a cut, or on completing 100. But 3 sixes in a row โ†’ the third is wasted and the turn passes!

โ€ข Each player gets 36 fixed moves โ€” 1 to 6, each number exactly 6 times, in shuffled order. Both players get the same numbers โ€” no dice luck!
โ€ข +1 point per box โ€ข Token completes home = +56 bonus + bonus roll
